Welcome to Art

Art Education is important in the development of every child.  Some of the benefits of art include increased motor skills, cultural awareness, confidence, perseverance, collaboration, and focus.   The art room at JKES is  a place where students can develop self-confidence by making art.  It is essential that students have an atmosphere in which they can release their creative spirit.  Students enter the art room with smiling faces eager to be creative!

During the school year, Grade PreK-4 students will be offered:

30 minute art classes two or three days a week
