JKES hosts the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program that supports students ages 2-5 who are eligible for special education services. The ECSE program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where young learners with diverse needs can grow, learn, and thrive.

Every Day Counts at JKES! We need our Cardinals in school, on time, ready to learn each day. Regular attendance is essential for young learners—it helps them build strong foundations in reading, math, and social skills, and sets the stage for long-term academic success.

House System

JKES uses a House System, where every student in grades K-4 and every staff member is assigned to one of six houses. This system builds a sense of belonging, school spirit, and healthy competition across the school community.
